Sunscreen for use on both horse and rider. SPF 30 with UVA and UVB filters, water-repellent. For protection and care of the sensitive areas of the skin. Protects the skin against weather influences (sun, wind, severe cold). Especially for unpigmented areas on the nose, around the eyes, and on the legs of horses. Supports the skin’s regenerative ability and protects cells and tissues.

It is important to properly protect the sensitive areas of the skin. This is not only important in summer with strong sun but can also be necessary on a sunny winter day. In horses, not only a pink nose or markings on the head are especially sensitive to sunburn, but markings on the legs and the coronet areas can also get sunburned.



Sun Protector contains both UVA and UVB filters. UVB rays reach the upper layer of your skin and cause your skin to produce pigment for protection. UVB rays cannot pass through glass, clothing, or clouds but cause sunburn if you stay in the sun too long. The ‘B’ in UVB stands for ‘burn.’ The ‘A’ in UVA stands for ‘aging.’ These rays penetrate deeper into the skin and cause skin aging, sun allergy, or pigmentation spots.



Sun Protector has SPF (Sun Protection Factor) 30. This means that with SPF 30, you can simply stay in the sun ’30 times longer’ than without sunscreen. This only applies if you apply it properly, at least every two hours.

As a precaution, apply the cream generously several times a day to the relevant areas. Only apply to parts of the body that are not covered.
